Hotel Nazionale - Venice

I had a lovely time enjoying the cozy breakfast space and the great views of the nearby canals. The hotel offered a nice lounge area and a charming terrace, perfect for some downtime after a day out. The room I had was quite small, which might not be ideal for longer stays. Don't forget to check out the area's local dining options! 😊

Fairly clean hotel with useful staff and magnificent location really close to the train station and grad canal, the Central Station, and Venice within 20 minute walking distance to the famous Rialta Bridge and St Mark's Square.

The location was particularly good - near restaurants and eateries. Situated next to the train station. The staff - welcoming and outstandingly accommodating. Good breakfast, brilliant food.

The hotel was romantic, and I liked welcoming staff and silent room. I booked a room with a quiet bed, air conditioner and closet space. The breakfast was good, the food was excellent...

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the water ferry. The staff were kind, providing thoughtful assistance and local recommendations. The room wasnice and neat.

There is no such thing.

The location: We arrived at the train station, and you do not need to cross any bridge to reach the hotel. About 2-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient for our group of 7 people including 3 young kids. Also, it is very near the water bus stop as well.

Don't like the carpet. The doors cannot be not automatically shut, so basically you can hear your neighbors talking or even see your neighbors when the door is open. Some staff are not quite friendly. I can hear them talking in Italian complaining, although I do not understand what they said.

Ideal location just minutes from key transport links.

The staff was unhelpful during my check-in experience, and I felt unwelcome due to their indifference. The Wi-Fi was annoyingly spotty in my room. Although the room itself was clean, its size felt cramped, disappointing given the hotel's reputation.

Small bathroom,basic service for what we pay

The place was fairly clean and we loved single room. Enjoyed our rooms with air conditioning. The hotel had indeed a perfect and magnificent location to many restaurants surrounding. The food we tried was brilliant and they have lots of meals to choose from.

We didn't like that there was lift missing, were a little disappointed.

The Hotel Nazionale impressed me with its prime location, just three minutes from the Venice San Lucia train station. Navigating the area was straightforward, especially with easy access to water ferries and taxis. My room was cozy, clean, and equipped with basic amenities. They provided extra towels and soaps. Breakfast was continental, reasonably priced at 10 euros per person, and I found it fresh with several options available. WiFi was spotty in my room, and noise from the hallway was bothersome at times, especially in the morning. The staff were friendly, but I encountered some minor inefficiencies, like having to ask for additional toiletries multiple times. Despite the few drawbacks, I'd consider staying here again mainly for its location and cleanliness.

Close to rail terminal and very convenient location. Clean room.

Stairs to reception was difficult with a heavy suitcase. Fantastic location but did not like the cubicle style bathroom.

Don't have free Wifi (5 euro per hour in lobby). Give one towel each person and when we asked for another, they said it's possible with additional charge. Shower is small.
